THANATOLOGY

THANATOLOGY

Preparing for death, to transcend  and return to the Father's house, is something I wasn't ready for.

When a Loved One died, it gave me a lot of pain, sadness, uncertainty, sometimes I got angry and I didn't know how to deal with those feelings.

Being a normal process and that we are all going to experience, I did not think about what I could resort to asking for help from a specialist.

My grieving process deserves to be accompanied by people who, in addition to being trained to accompany you, help you find the necessary tools to work on your emotions.

The process of death can be different for all people, natural death, illness, accident, natural disasters, war, homicide and/or suicide...

They all bring a lot of pain, which is very valid, but if it is not well managed, it can have long-term consequences.

The course gave me many tools so that I could work through my grief with my own tools, knowing that I can be accompanied by a loving and compassionate person and that I can continue with my life by working on my emotions in a healthy way.

That's why I decided to take the course.

PAIN FOR A LOVED ONE  WHO dies is a grieving, not a disease

Guide me to be a patient companion,

To listen with a heart as open as the sky,

Grant me vision to see through his eyes,

And ears eager to hear your story,

Create a safe and open table where we can walk together.

Make me a clear pond in which she can reflect,

Guide me to find in it your beauty and wisdom,

Knowing your desire for her to be in harmony:

Healthy, loving and strong.

Let me honor and respect your choice of your own path,

And bless her to walk freely.

Let her know once again that although she and I are different,

However, there is a peaceful place where we are one.
